We carefully inspect every item’s condition and color before shipping.
If, despite these efforts, you receive a defective or incorrect product, please accept our sincerest apologies.

We understand that online shopping may sometimes lead to differences in expectations, incorrect selections, or other concerns.
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, kindly keep the original packaging and tags intact.

• Items for return or exchange must be in brand-new condition, with tags attached and original packaging intact. Please email ru.kidding2026@gmail.com or contact the official R U kidding Instagram within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange. (The 7-day period starts from the date shown on the courier’s delivery record, whether signed by you or a recipient on your behalf. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.)
• For hygiene reasons, white clothing, intimate apparel, accessories, and socks cannot be returned or exchanged once sold.
• All size measurements are taken manually. A deviation of 0–2 cm is considered normal and not a defect.
• Slight color variations may occur due to differences in personal perception, indoor/outdoor lighting, or display settings on computers, phones, and tablets.
• As our products are handmade, the following are not considered defects and will not be eligible for return or exchange: loose threads, minor fraying, buttons that can be re-sewn, small marks, texture or material not matching personal expectations, or intentional stitching details.
• Items that have been washed, worn, damaged, or carry odors (including perfume, body odor, or smoke) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
• Orders that have entered the shipping process cannot be canceled.

Special Notes

• For exchanges, both the return shipping cost and the original shipping fee are borne by the buyer.
• For returns, the original shipping fee is borne by the buyer.
• Overseas orders and discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless the product is defective.
• If a return or exchange shipment is lost or damaged in transit, the buyer is responsible for the loss.
• Defective items can only be exchanged for the same style, color, and size. If the item is out of stock, you may choose to wait for restocking or exchange for another product of equal or higher value, with any price difference paid by the buyer. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.
• If only one item in your order is out of stock, the return policy applies only to that specific item. The rest of the order cannot be returned.
• If an item is transferred or resold, making the holder someone other than the original purchaser, R U kidding will not process returns, exchanges, or defect claims.

To ensure fairness and protect the rights of both parties:

• Customers must provide clear, detailed photos showing the defect.
• The product must remain in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and all accessories.
• R U kidding reserves the right to determine whether a returned item qualifies for a return or exchange based on its received condition.
